Blender Hollandaise Sauce

3 egg yolks

I T. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. Dijon mustand

1 dash hot pepper sauce

1/2 c. butter

  1. Combine egg yolks, lemon, juice, mustard, and hot pepper sauce in a nlender; blend for about 5 seconds.
  2. Melt butter in the microwave for about a minute, or until hot and completely melted.
  3. Turn blender on; pour melted butter in a slow, steady stream until sauce is thick and and smooth, about 15-30 seconds.
